My goal is to work as a team to help you get the best treatment available for you during this difficult time. Whether it is therapy, medication management or a combination of the two, we will work together to help you process your life experiences and concerns for the future. I don't want my clients feeling just "ok", I want them to feel better about themselves mentally, spiritually and physically. I have experience addressing: schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, behavioral issues, histories of trauma or abuse, self-defeating patterns of thought and behavior, grief and bereavement in children and adults.
