Toby Neal, LCSW, grew up in Hawaii and graduated from UH Manoa with her Master's in Social Work in 2005. She worked for many years in the public schools of Maui as a Behavioral Specialist, treating adolescents with emotional disorders, as well as in private practice with individuals, couples, and families. 

She specializes in CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and processing and integrating trauma. She is trained in hypnosis, tapping, and other therapy "hacks" and tools that will enhance progress toward your goals. She looks forward to helping you achieve your best life, and is available virtually only.
